Self Collection at Store
When filling in the order form, simply select "Pickup in Store" and choose a store. You have to collect the item yourself and must bring along Order Confirmation and present proof of identity and credit card or debit card used for payment for verification.
Meticulous Packaging and Delivery
We provide sealed packaging with the item. We or the delivery companies on our behalf may request the recipient to present his/her proof of identity (identity card, passport or driving licence, etc.) All the personal particulars of the recipients are kept by the company and used for the purpose of verifying recipients only.
Authorized Collection
To protect your right, if you select self-collection at a specific store and require someone else to pick up the item for you, the authorized representative of the Payer shall bring along the following documents upon collection:
(1) Authorization letter (please make an application to us by email prior to the collection. We will send the authorization letter to you by email within three working day);
(2) Copy of proof of identity of Payer that bears his/her photo;
(3) Copy of the credit card or debit card used for payment;
(4) Notice of collection;
(5) Proof of identity of authorized representative
If the authorized representative failed to provide any of the necessary documents mentioned above, we are entitled to reject the collection by the authorized representative on behalf of the Payer.
Handling of Product and Time of Delivery
Once the payment is made, K.S. Sze & Sons will conduct payment confirmation and delivery arrangement within two working days.
For self-collection at store in Hong Kong, customer normally receives an email of the notice of delivery within 2 to 4 working days. For local delivery, we normally arrange delivery by our delivery companies within 3 to 5 working days. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of delivery companies.
There will be adjustment to the handling time of payment confirmation and arrangement of delivery due to individual payment made.
Overseas Delivery Service

The standard delivery service is free of charge. In case payer required extra safe/secured and expedited delivery, please contact us after purchase for specific arrangements and fee quotations.
We dispatch the goods in 3-5 working days after we received your order.
Each order of the Goods will be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time while it is in transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address.
The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of courier.
2. Please note that before ordering, you have the responsibility to determine that the Goods can be lawfully and legally imported to the destination country/region.
Product Packaging
K.S. eShop will have every piece of item be packed elaborately. Every parcel to be picked up within Hong Kong is packed by professionals with the most suitable materials and methods to protect it from being damaged as much as possible. All the jewellery is kept in jewellery boxes. We will select the appropriate packing for different items. If you would like a paper shopping bag, you may specify the quantity you want with an upper limit of 1 piece per item in "Remarks" in your order. Also, the website provides free greetings cards. You simply write down the content of greetings cards when placing an order, which is a touching way to convey your best wishes to your loved ones.
