Designed as two pieces of openwork scrolled tissues, one piece is set with a line of 5 oval-shaped diamonds, interspersed by baguette-cut diamonds, centering a circular-cut diamond.  The other piece is set throughout with circular-cut diamonds of which 5 are in a bezel setting. Total weight of diamonds circa 20.00 carats. The clips can be worn separatly, with French assay marks, maker's marks for Leroy Chevrier Huot, mounted in platinum And gold,1937,  in orignal brown suede box signed Ren Boivin, 7.5 x 5.8 cm.

With certificate of Mme. Francoise Cailles dated 14/10/2011 stating that the brooch is a work of Ren Boivin, dating 1937, model "Deux coins de mouchoir"
